It's a double gameweek which means double the predictions and double the chances I won't get them all right. But that doesn't mean I'm not going to try.
Firstly, last week I got 5 out of ten, yet again. So far I've been very 50-50 with my results. But without further ado:
Man City 2 - 0 West Ham
West Brom 1 - 1 Brighton
Leeds 2 - 1 Aston Villa
Newcastle 1 - 2 Wolves
Crystal Palace 1 - 3 Fulham
Leicester 2 - 2 Arsenal
Spurs 1 - 0 Burnley
Chelsea 2 - 1 Man United
Sheffield 1 - 2 Liverpool
Everton 3 - 0 Southampton
Man City 2 - 0 Wolves
Burnley 1 - 2 Leicester
Sheffield 0 - 0 Aston Villa
Crystal Palace 0 - 3 Man United
Fulham 1 - 2 Spurs
West Brom 1 - 1 Everton
Liverpool 0 - 1 Chelsea
Paddy Power odds of it happening: 294624/1
I might be wrong but those odds look pretty favourable to me, should be a guaranteed £300,000. In fact, I'll do a giveaway so that if I win, I'll give £10,000 to someone who likes the tweet about this post.
In the meantime I'll give you some justifications. You'd think City v West Ham could be a good game because it's 1st vs 4th but I'm sorry there's just such a difference in class between the two. Calling Leeds to get one over their rivals, Arsenal will scrape a draw against Leicester whilst getting carried by a 19 year old, and I've put my allegiance aside to say Chelsea will be too good for United on Sunday. If Liverpool don't beat bottom of the league they're finished, Everton are a bit hit and miss at the moment but I'm calling hit, and yet again, I'd be crazy not to call a City victory. Man United should brush Palace aside... and Chelsea will grind an ugly win out of Liverpool.
But in all seriousness one of these weeks I will get them all right I'm sure of it, but this week my hopes are perhaps a little too optimistic. Just slightly though.
Now go like the tweet, you never know.
Why the attacks on Arsenal 😭😭
